This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Resphere, including students, researchers, clinicians, innovators, entrepreneurs, institutions, opportunity providers, and collaborators across all Resphere services.

Resphere may collect account information, profile information, professional information, and platform activity including names, email addresses, profile details, CVs, publications, messages, files, and usage analytics.

You provide information when creating an account, completing your profile, uploading a CV, sending messages, applying to opportunities, connecting third-party accounts, contacting support, or submitting feedback.

We may automatically collect device information, browser information, IP address, operating system, session information, log data, time zone, language preferences, error reports, and usage analytics.

By uploading a CV, you acknowledge that you own the document or have permission to upload it. Resphere may extract information to assist in creating your profile. Users may delete, replace, or download their CVs at any time.

Resphere uses artificial intelligence for CV parsing, profile generation, matching recommendations, opportunity recommendations, and collaboration suggestions. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs.

Resphere may allow authentication through Google, Apple, LinkedIn, ORCID, and future providers. Limited information such as name, email, and profile image may be received from these services.

We use personal information to provide the Services, authenticate users, build profiles, improve matching, facilitate collaborations, provide support, enhance security, and comply with legal obligations.

Where required by law, Resphere processes personal data based on user consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

Resphere may share information with trusted service providers, including authentication, cloud, analytics, email, and security providers. Resphere does not sell personal information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required.

Resphere employs encryption, secure authentication, access controls, private storage buckets, monitoring, logging, and regular security reviews to help protect personal information.

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your information, or withdraw consent.

Resphere uses cookies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, improve performance, understand usage patterns, and enhance the user experience.

Resphere is not directed toward individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
