Terms of Service

Resphere exists to help ideas find their people. Our mission is to create a global ecosystem where researchers, students, clinicians, innovators, and institutions can connect, collaborate, and build meaningful work together. Resphere is a Saudi-founded technology company currently operating through Resphere Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. While Resphere's long-term vision is to establish its global headquarters in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Resphere, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and related policies.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, maintain only one account unless authorized, and not use bots or impersonate others.

Closed Beta Status

Resphere is currently operating as an invitation-only Closed Beta platform. Features may change without notice and some functionality may be incomplete.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and reporting unauthorized access immediately.

User Content and Ownership

Your ideas remain yours. Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to Resphere. Resphere receives a limited license solely to operate the Services.

Research, Collaboration, and Opportunities

Resphere is not a university, funding body, publisher, employer, ethics committee, or regulatory authority. Users remain responsible for all approvals and compliance obligations.

Artificial Intelligence

Resphere uses AI for CV parsing, matching, and recommendations. Users remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs.

Acceptable Use

Users may not violate laws, harass others, upload malware, commit fraud, scrape data, or buy and sell ideas through the platform.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Resphere platform, software, branding, and trademarks remain the property of Resphere Limited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Resphere endeavors to comply with GDPR, the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable provisions of the Saudi PDPL.

Account Suspension and Termination

Resphere may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

Resphere Limited shall not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes to the Services

Resphere may modify or discontinue the Services and update these Terms from time to time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
